Where can I buy a cover for a mountain bike?
I live on campus and want to bring my bike here to ride it to classes. I was thinking it might be a good idea to protect it from the elements with a bike cover since there are no roofs/coverings where the bike stands are. Something cheap would be nice, around ~$10. I checked out nashbar.com and amazon, and found a couple (however around $20+) but was wondering if anyone could offer any advice or opinion.
Have one better quality , it last years and it works better then tarp , even when was windy and heavy rain my bicycle was dry . I had to replace my plastic one after long period of time . I got enough gortex material for bike cover really cheap , (square meter for $5) tailor double stitched for me , so I using years one waterproof , featherweight and compact , custom designed by me when on tour and camping to keep my bike and another stuff dry when raining . Better bicycle shop have it for $20 to $30 but will be not from gortex material . Good bike cover must be little oversized and on the bottom must join together in case if is windy , so I use velcro .
